We expect several thousand kite fliers and spectators to join us for a gorgeous day in the Park, so plan your trip accordingly. We strongly recommend using alternative transportation into the Park. You can park off-site and ride the METRORail to the Hermann Park/Rice U station, ride your bike or rent a BCycle and utilize BikeHouston’s complimentary bike valet, pay to park at the Memorial Hermann Medical Plaza Garage or the Rice University stadium lot and walk over, or connect with a ride share service for a stress-free drive. If you must drive, please carpool! There are several parking locations in and around the Park, but they fill up quickly. For directions and detailed parking and transportation information, visit hermannpark.org/visit.
