McGovern Centennial Gardens
Join Kyle Wolfe in the McGovern Centennial Gardens as he shares the basics of preserving your garden fruits and vegetables through canning and demonstrates step by step how to make a simple jelly from produce harvested in the garden.
Kyle Wolfe’s love of cooking, food, and gardening began when he was a young boy. As a kid, Wolfe spent most of his school holidays and summers in the gardens and kitchens of his grandparents’ rural Oklahoma farms. There he learned the importance of self-sufficiency and the necessity to prepare and preserve the season’s harvest along with the tried and true secrets of his depression era mentors.
