Join us every Wednesday at 9 am along the shores of McGovern Lake for tai chi in Hermann Park.
Tai Chi is a mind-body practice that originated in China as a martial art. It combines mediation with slow, gentle, graceful movements as well as deep breathing and relaxation to move vital energy (or qi) throughout the body.
This event is in partnership with Tai Chi in the Park and Dragon’s Institute for Tai Chi and Meditation, and is free and open to the public.
