Party Package # 2 - $650

Includes Party Package # 1 plus:

• Private train ride for you and your guests

• Party Package #2 must be scheduled with the early morning timeslot

*Party supplies and train tickets are included in the base package. If they are not utilized, no discounts will be given.

Birthday Party Add-Ons

• Solid Color Helium Balloons: $1.50 each

A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve the party room. The rental fee balance is due, in full, 14 days prior to your event date. Final payment for the rental fee is non-refundable. 

If you are not already a current Conservancy member, a Bronze Level Hermann Park Conservancy membership ($50 value!) will be included in your party package so that you can stay up-to-date on all of the happenings and events in Hermann Park!

Conservancy members receive exciting benefits, including free tickets to ride the Hermann Park Railroad and unlimited free rides on the train on the second Saturday of every month, free pedal boat tickets, member only express boarding line for the train and pedal boats, and a 10% discount in the Conservancy Gift Shop and Cafe.

The room is available 30 minutes prior to the start time of the party for set-up. The space must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after the end time of your party.

The Brown Volunteer Center includes the outdoor patio and adjacent indoor room. The patio can accommodate up to 30 children with space for folding chairs around the perimeter for adults. The indoor party room can accommodate up to 15 children with very limited space for folding chairs.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no reserved parking for this venue. Parking is available but can be VERY limited on busy days. For a full parking map of spaces available in Hermann Park, click here.

• You are welcome to bring in your own entertainment. Please note that the City of Houston does not allow live animals or inflatable bounce houses in any City of Houston park
• Piñatas are allowed but must not contain confetti or glitter
• The indoor room includes a built in counter and sink for your usage
• Electrical outlets are available on the patio and in the room
• There is no reserved parking for the Brown Volunteer Center
• Parking can be very limited during busy days in Hermann Park
• There is space to set-up grills outside of the patio
• You may also select the following add-on for your party package: solid color helium balloons for $1.50 each
